The frame uses a curved glass feature and you can opt to have it in landscape or portrait design (ie vertical or horizontal). There are four sizes of frames in both the portrait and landscape formats. You need to send a nice and clear image of your baby’s imprint in a dark color. For you to do that, they give one of their baby-safe ink print kits - absolutely free. You can then post it or scan and email it to them. You also need to send a memorable photo to be included along side the engraving, though you can use any image, or appropriate decoration you like – perhaps a photo of or a drawing by a sibling.

If the baby ink imprint is not too clear, don’t worry - they will touch it up for free! You will even preview the finished proof image, which they email to you. Once you’ve approved their work, they’ll then actually engrave it into the glass. It does take 2 weeks to complete from when you’ve approved it, but it’s well worth the wait.
They don’t alter the size of the print you send, so it’s a genuine memento of just how tiny your baby’s hand or foot once was. However, if you do want it reduced, they’ll also do that.
